I am SO enjoying the first book of this series. The author is detailed in her description of Seattle, and though I have never been there, I am seeing it through her eyes. The story line is wonderful! Some may disagree with the way the main character has handled her marriage vows, and I do not justify it but as the main character in The Bridges of Madison County handled her life, it is reminiscent of this. A tired and "put upon" woman whom no one seems to respect or even love anymore....captures and opportunity to live a little. The love scenes are written in beautifully and in a timely fashion. I can hardly wait to read the other two books! Thank You Ms Prather for your wonderful work!Product details

Very even reading, no dragging parts
I lived in Seattle and liked reading about it.
Kileen's books are easy reading with predictable comfortable outcomes. You will enjoy her folksy style.
Kileen's books are always fun to read. Good characters and story line and always fun to read about the area especially if we have been there.

Love is all that we want in life. When Cassie decides to take a 4 month vacation from her husband who doesn't respect her, she finds herself on a journey of adventure and love from a man who is going through the same thing. This book makes you think about love in a whole new way.
